Lewis Fields (owner of Doozie Boat Lifts) and Al Hartley (owner of Four Seasons Electric Boat Co) are the founders of Lew-Al Productions - sponsoring "house concerts" on Lake Gaston. The first Lake Gaston house concert took place in October 2003 at The Boat Lift Store and it was wonderful. About 50 folks were entertained by a couple ("Mitch and Carla" - who are known as Zoe Speaks and happened to be enroute to the Kennedy Center in DC for their next show.) It was a very special evening of music, talent, and community fellowship - and the beginning of the Lew-Al Productions Lake Gaston House Concert Series.
The concerts are usually held at the Gaston Pointe Resort Conference Center located at Stone House Creek Bridge on 903S - about 1 mile south of Eaton's Ferry Bridge. Space is limited to about 70, so we recommend you call ahead for tickets which are typically $15.
For more information on Lew-Al Productions and upcoming concerts or to reserve tickets, please contact Lewis Fields (800-586-9952 or 252-586-5437) or Al Hartley (866-586-2800 or 252-586-2200).
We send out an email notification about each concert. If you'd like to be added to the list for upcoming concerts, send a request via email or give us a call.
